◆ v104.0 — Make it visible, make it alive Honest read of v104 transmission: half the asks were already shipped in v99/v100 (schema, addNextLeaf, addCounterProof, getMoment JSON, /stack, llms.txt). The real work this cycle: make the shipped infrastructure DISCOVERABLE and REACTIVE. Delivered: — REACTIVITY (moments become alive) — • addNextLeaf now notifies parent creator + participants via existing sendNotification pipeline (respects prefs + quiet hours automatically). • addCounterProof now notifies the target moment's creator — public dissent, transparent notification. • Uses 'new_leaf_on_shared' Notification type. In-app inbox + email (per prefs). — VISIBILITY (shipped work becomes reachable) — • MachineJsonLink component on every public/unlisted moment page — discoverable JSON URL with copy button. Sovereign AIs can now find the machine-readable representation without reading llms.txt first. • HighSignalBadge on moments with leaf_count ≥ 3 OR relations ≥ 2. Subtle. Only when it means something. — SIMPLIFICATION (friction ↓) — • AdvancedFieldsAccordion collapses inspiration + document upload behind a single toggle. Primary fields (text, media, geo, privacy) stay visible. • Anchor form drops from ~10 visible fields to ~4 for a Memory anchor. Advanced fields one tap away with counter showing what's set. — MEDIA UNIFICATION — • MediaGallery component reads canonical media[] first (v100 L2), falls back to mediaUrls[] then mediaUrl. Same rendering for every moment regardless of when anchored. Lightbox on click. Explicit deferrals to next cycle (named, not hidden): • Multi-file drag-and-drop uploader for the creation form. media[] can be populated via addNextLeaf payload today. • Email dispatch for share-to-participant (participant_email already grants timeline read). • ai_inferred relations review gate (needs the agent to actually run first). • Narrative rewrites on Proof of Presence + Manifesto (writing pass, not code). The key insight: v104 is the cycle where the invisible plumbing from v99/v100 becomes visible plumbing. Same infrastructure, now reachable.
